| Pet Patio Potty™ Customer Experience |

I received the pet patio yesterday and couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely get pictures to send to you. I received the package around 5:00 yesterday, set it up (with help from both puppies), and by 10:00 last night both had already used the new facilities. It's now 2:00 am, and both puppies used the pet patio on their own without having to be coached!!!!! YAY!!!!!
It is all a process, and I know it will be a while before it becomes a habit for them, but I am super, super pleased already. On this Thanksgiving Day, I am thankful for you and our new pet patio!!! (Nov 2009)

We ended up getting our pup Emmy (mini-labradoodle) in march instead of june – once we had our potty set up, we were ready! In this photo she’s 4 months old (see Canine Clients Page). The patio is in the corner of our tiny paved yard, mostly under an overhang. I was going to take away the playpen once she knew to use the potty, but have ended up keeping it there because it makes changing the litter while she’s outside with me so handy. The playpen door is always open, but I can use the pen to keep her OUT when I’m scooping litter. The patio potty has worked perfectly – she goes right to it when we bring her out. She’s so used to the pebbles that we just have to find some similar pebbles somewhere if we’re traveling: the sound/feel of them cues her to go.

Ferdinand is doing great and he loves his potty! I can't believe how much easier potty training has been with it and I don't know what we would have done without it. In fact, so far, it's been easier to get him to go in his potty than outside. I think the city is a bit overwhelming for the little guy. (Nov 2009)

My puppy's 4 by 6 foot playpen is located in my office and gives him plenty of room to sleep, play and potty when I can't give him my full attention. Yorkies are known for chewing on everything and being hard to potty train. Small dogs can easily find themselves in hot water if left to roam before they are properly trained. The playpen and Doggy Solutions potty made it easy to keep him safe and potty train him quickly. Wee pads in the bottom work well for those that don't like kitty litter, but baking soda is a must for odor control!
